Keio University, DENSO WAVE Incorporated, RAMXEED Inc., and Panasonic Holdings Corporation (hereafter referred to as “the four parties”) have been leading a proposal from Japan for a new standard related to UHF‑band RFID wireless communication. This proposal was officially approved and published as the international standard ISO/IEC 18000‑65 in February 2026.
