Overview
RAMXEED Limited announced the launch of RAMXEED ULTIMATE, a new brand for its FeRAM product lineup that guarantees 10-year data retention under continuous 125℃ operating conditions.
RAMXEED ULTIMATE is a brand of highly reliable non-volatile memory products that combines long-term data retention in high-temperature environments with the key advantages of FeRAM technology, including high-speed write performance, exceptional write endurance, and low power consumption.
The product lineup includes both automotive-grade devices compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and industrial-grade devices, delivering new value to systems that require stable long-term data storage, such as automotive electronics, factory automation equipment, among other industrial applications.
The products covered by RAMXEED ULTIMATE are already commercially available. By organizing these high-temperature FeRAM devices under a newly unified brand, RAMXEED aims a clearer communication about both their technical advantages and the value they bring to customers’ system designs.

All RAMXEED ULTIMATE products support an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
In addition, they guarantee 10 years of data retention under continuous 125°C conditions. This capability contributes to reliable data storage throughout the operational lifetime of equipment used in high-temperature environments, including automotive and industrial systems.
Availability for both Automotive-Grade and Industrial-Grade
The RAMXEED ULTIMATE lineup includes:
